How can I place an order?
All orders can be sent to enquiries@edenlearningspaces.com - we will confirm receipt of your order and prepare the goods for dispatch.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery time is 4-5 days, depending on the size of your order. We understand that it is convenient to order goods for a future dispatch date, in particularly around term times. We are happy to work with you on a delivery date that suits you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery for all our education customers is free (UK Mainland Only). For Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will apply, and we will contact you to discuss before despatching your order.
Can I set-up a credit account?
We are happy to set-up credit accounts to enable payment on invoice. We require an official Purchase Order in order to do so. Our accounts team will run a quick check, once approved orders will be prepared for dispatch. You will receive a full VAT invoice after goods have left our warehouse.
