Delivery Option Cost Details
UK Standard Delivery £9.99 Standard delivery is £9.99 to the UK Mainland from Monday to Friday for orders under £200. This is available for the UK mainland only and usually takes 3-5 working days.
UK Standard Delivery FREE on orders over £200 Standard delivery is FREE to the UK Mainland from Monday to Friday for orders over £200 (ex VAT). This is available for the UK mainland only and usually takes 3-5 working days.
Express Next Working Day Delivery £14.99

Choose Express Next Working Day Delivery BEFORE 11am if you'd like to have your item delivered to you the next working day. This is only available Monday to Friday - if you choose Express Delivery before 11am on Friday you will receive your item on Monday. If you choose Express Delivery after 11am on Friday you will more than likely receive your item on Tuesday. This is only available to mainland UK postcodes only. This option is not available for AB & outlying postcodes, Highlands & Islands, or any other surcharge areas.

There is a courier surcharge for surcharge areas due to the bulky nature of our items. This area is defined by the following:

Highlands & Islands: Postcodes IV(all), HS(all), KA27 to 28, KW(all), PA20 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH17 to 26, PH30 to 44, PH49 to 50 and ZE.

Zone 1 Europe Call for a quote

Eden Learning Spaces can ship to Zone 1 mainland Europe, including France, Germany, Portugal, Spain & Italy. Please call 01670 591916 for a shipping quote or email Payment will be required upfront by bank transfer before any products are sent out for fraud and security reasons.

BFPO Call for a quote

Eden Learning Spaces can also ship to BFPO addresses. BFPO delivery is available by calling 01670 591916. Payment will be taken via PayPal. This option is not available online.

Delivery Times

Orders will normally be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt and will take up to 5 working days for delivery (unless you have chosen one of our premium delivery service options), so you can expect your item to be with you within a matter of a few working days!

Please make sure a mobile telephone number is entered on registration, this will aid in communication of your delivery. Certain carriers will send you a text message with an estimated delivery time (free of charge).

You can expect deliveries to arrive any time between 7am – 7pm. Unfortunately the delivery drivers are unable to call customers ahead of delivery, as due to the Road Vehicles (Construction & Use) (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 2003, our carriers no longer issue their drivers with mobile telephones.

In the very rare event that a product is out of stock, or delayed by courier error, allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please note Bank Holidays may cause a slight delay in the delivery of your parcel.

Made a Mistake?

If you have made a mistake on your order or wish to amend or cancel, you must ring our Customer Service team on 01670 591916 during working hours as soon as possible. We cannot accept emails as a method of contact for these types of enquiries due to the very quick dispatch times we operate on. Due to our delivery carrier’s terms and conditions, we cannot change orders or addresses once they have left our premises.

Secure Deliveries

All our bean bags are sent via courier and require a signature as proof of delivery. This is to ensure safe, trackable orders.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your delivery real-time tracking will confirm this and will give contact details/instructions for how to reschedule or arrange collection of the order from your local depot.

If you have chosen Standard Delivery, you CANNOT arrange a re-delivery on a Saturday. After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse. If an item is sent back to us as a result of failed delivery, this will incur a delivery charge to you of a minimum of £25 in order to cover the cost of return and re-delivery. If an item is returned to us as a result of failed delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost of the order, minus £25 to cover the cost of return and administration.

Damaged Deliveries

We advise customers to check parcels carefully for any transit damage. If you are unsure, or if there is transit damage to your product, sign for the item and clearly write “Damaged Product”. In this instance, contact us directly on 01670 591916 where we will quickly ensure that you get a perfect product with no additional cost to yourself. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to get any issues fixed as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

Yes we accept returns. From receipt, you have 14 days to let us know by emailing our returns department that you intend to return your bean bag to us in a new and unused condition. You are responsible for returning the item to us at your expense - the maximum return cost for tracked delivery is estimated to be a maximum £15 per box (based on our largest box size). Please ensure to take reasonable care of the goods so that they arrive with us in the same condition as they were delivered.

Packaging Information

Bean bag soft seating is sent boxed and ready filled to UK mainland addresses (except surcharge areas), apart from some larger items, which includes a part filled item, and a separate liner of polystyrene beans for you to fully fill yourself (instructions included). If you have any questions regarding this, please just give us a ring or email. If your order is sent in more than one box, your packages may arrive on separate consignments on different deliveries.
